The “Oʻzbekiston Belgisi” breast badge was established by Presidential Decree No. PF-1822 of July 22, 1997. It is awarded to young people who make a significant contribution to the development of the nation, the progress of society, and the enhancement of Uzbekistan’s international standing based on national values, cultural heritage, and universal human principles, as well as for their active participation in the country's social and political life.

At the Chamber of Accounts, Mr. Jamalov has contributed to improving audit practices in accordance with the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI), introducing advanced international experience into national practice, implementing digital solutions in the field of public audit, and strengthening international cooperation.

He has also participated in international conferences and seminars held in Austria and Azerbaijan, where he gained valuable experience and subsequently contributed to its practical implementation within Uzbekistan’s state audit system.

In addition, he has taken part in projects aimed at automating internal work processes, developing and digitizing databases at the Chamber of Accounts, as well as organizing the institution’s first-ever international conference.
