Seminar on programs for infrastructure development
The Chamber of Accounts (COA) organized a practical seminar on "Principles of the formation, implementation and control of the program for the social and industrial infrastructure development".
It was attended by more than 500 employees from more than 40 ministries and departments, customer organizations and local governments (both offline and online).
At the seminar, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Inspectorate for Supervision of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, as well as the "Republican Center for Expertise of Urban Development Documentation" state enterprise discussed the processes of forming programs for the social and industrial infrastructure development.
The COA officials identified problems and existing shortcomings in the implementation and control of programs.
The participants noted the need for close attention to the risk assessment presented by the COA.
The event was held in a constructive format.
