The Second Day of the International Conference Continued at “IT Park”
Based on Presidential Decree No. PF–252 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at improving the system of public audit and financial control, as well as instructions of the Presidential Administration, the second day of the international conference titled “Digitalization of Audit Processes and Analysis of Big Data through Artificial Intelligence,” held in Tashkent on 22–23 May 2026, continued its work at “IT Park”.
This stage of the conference was dedicated to introducing digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and innovative solutions into public audit practices.
During the second day, experience-sharing sessions and practical discussions were organized with the participation of representatives of Supreme Audit Institutions from AZOSAI and INTOSAI member states, international experts, and specialists from IT companies operating in Tashkent.
The discussions focused on the following areas:
the use of artificial intelligence technologies in public auditing;
analytical approaches based on Big Data;
remote auditing and automated control systems;
cybersecurity and data protection;
implementation of risk-based audit methodologies.
In addition, a representative of the National Audit Office of China delivered a presentation on the institution’s advanced experience in intelligent analysis of Big Data in public auditing, including existing challenges and innovative solutions.
Representatives of the Supreme Audit Institutions of Armenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan also presented the following topics:
Next-Generation Supreme Audit Institution: The Digital Transformation Agenda;
Processing 3,495 scanned documents (164,672 pages) in one night;
Service Catalogue as a Reflection of Digital Maturity: Czech Experience in Assessing Public Administration Digitalization;
Public Audit Analysis Based on Big Data.
Participants were also introduced to ongoing reforms in digital auditing, including automated monitoring systems and analytical platforms based on artificial intelligence.
Representatives of international delegations highly appreciated the environment created at “IT Park” and particularly emphasized that the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in the fields of digital economy and innovative technologies are aligned with international standards.
Conference participants noted that this visit would play an important role in expanding the implementation of modern digital solutions in public auditing, strengthening international cooperation, and further developing experience exchange.
