The Activities of “Situational Centers” of Government Agencies Were Studied

In order to ensure the implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF-252 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 18, 2025, “On Additional Measures to Further Improve the Activities of State Audit and Financial Control,” the Accounts Chamber studied the activities of the Situational Centers of 23 government agencies.

The Accounts Chamber reviewed presentations on the work carried out in the Situational Centers, discussing the achieved results as well as future planned tasks.

In addition, views were exchanged on plans aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the remote control system and further digitalizing processes.

Furthermore, recommendations were provided to the leadership and responsible officials of ministries and agencies on establishing a monitoring and control system over the targeted and efficient use of budget funds, as well as on introducing modern control mechanisms.

Based on the results of the review, practical conclusions were presented, and it was noted that it is advisable to organize work with emphasis on the following key areas:

-forming an integrated and sustainable control environment;

-introducing effective risk management mechanisms;

-improving the effectiveness of control processes;

-enhancing information and communication systems and broadly implementing digital solutions.

Issues related to reducing risks in the digital space, ensuring data security and confidentiality, and strengthening transparency through modern information technologies were also discussed.

It was noted that these measures will serve to strengthen the control environment within government agencies, ensure early identification and mitigation of risks, and promote the rational and efficient use of budget funds.
