Required Competencies

– Higher education in IT, applied mathematics, or Data Science, and practical experience in at least one completed project based on Big Data technologies;

– Knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, large-scale data processing, data warehouses, and Apache Spark or equivalent technologies;

– Practical knowledge of API integration, database management, and information security;

– Good command of the state language, strong written communication skills, impartiality, and compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.

International professional certifications and qualifications in information technology and cybersecurity, as well as knowledge of foreign languages, are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

– Automated extraction and integration of data from information systems and databases of government bodies;

– Development of infrastructure for collecting, cleaning, processing, and storing large volumes of data;

– Development of data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and automated data analysis mechanisms;

– Participation in the introduction of artificial intelligence and Big Data technologies into the public audit process;

– Ensuring data quality, system stability, information security, and protection against unauthorized access;

– Testing, documenting, and providing technical support for developed software solutions.
