This award is a recognition of A. Soliyev’s many years of effective professional activity, high level of expertise and experience, as well as his worthy contribution to the development of the agricultural sector and consistent support of reforms being implemented in this field.

In particular, significant results have been achieved in ensuring the targeted and appropriate use of funds allocated for mineral fertilizers for cotton and grain production from the State Fund for Support of Agriculture, as well as in exercising effective control over the timely delivery of necessary resources to farmers and dehkan farms.

It should also be especially noted that A. Soliyev has made a worthy contribution to the successful fulfillment of national cotton and grain production plans and to strengthening cooperation between ministries and agencies in the sector.
