Macroeconomic indicators and state budget parameters for the next year were discussed

An expanded meeting was held under the leadership of the Head of State to discuss the expected results in the economy in 2025 and the main macroeconomic indicators for 2026.

On October 27 of this year, an expanded meeting was held under the leadership of the Head of State to discuss the expected results of the economy in 2025 and the main macroeconomic indicators for 2026.


At the meeting, it was noted that in the last 9 months of this year, our economy grew by 7.6%, which is much faster than the forecast, and gold and foreign exchange reserves increased by 35% compared to last year, reaching $55 billion.


The Head of State also noted that the population's income increased by 18.4%, deposits by 35.3%, and the average wage by 19.2%, and emphasized that all reforms should serve to improve the well-being of the population.


At the same time, the Head of State emphasized the need to maintain high growth rates until the end of the year, increase the volume of gross domestic product by $ 135 billion, and set a number of urgent tasks for the economic complex, including the Accounts Chamber, to ensure budget discipline, increase revenues and establish strict control over expenditures.


In particular, the Accounts Chamber will conduct studies on the efficiency of spending, operating expenses and resource use in strategic organizations and take measures to reduce ineffective spending.


Strategic enterprises will be provided with practical assistance in preparing their business plans. In this regard, the Accounts Chamber, in cooperation with organizations, critically analyzes business plans, makes profit and cost forecasts, determines measures to reduce costs, and regularly monitors their implementation.


In addition, work is being carried out to fully implement the obligations of large taxpayers to pay dividends to the budget, and tasks are being performed to increase state revenues and strengthen financial discipline.


At the same time, based on the instructions of the Head of State, a new system for controlling the targeted spending of budget funds will be launched in 22 ministries and departments that receive a large amount of funds from the budget, as well as local khokimiyats.


Within the framework of the tasks set by the Head of State, digital transformation, automated audit and analysis systems will be introduced in budget control.


In conclusion, the plans and tasks set by the President at the meeting will serve to ensure the effective and targeted spending of state funds, strengthen economic stability through financial control and accountability in conditions of high growth rates.
