Seminar on effective organization of executive discipline

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-6166 (February 10, 2021), the Chamber of Accounts (COA), together with the Ministry of Justice, held a training and seminar for deputy heads of ministries, departments and business associations responsible for executive discipline, as well as heads of departments of executive discipline.

The seminar was devoted to explaining the essence of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP -117 dated July 25, 2025 “On additional measures for further strengthening executive discipline in government agencies and organizations” and issues of strengthening discipline.  


The event was attended by about 200 officials and about 800 employees via video link.


The First Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts M. Abdullaev presented the participants information on with new control mechanisms being implemented in accordance with the Decree of the President. It was noted that this Decree was adopted to implement effective mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, documents of the President and the Government, to ensure objective reporting on the results of their implementation, as well as to further increase the personal responsibility of managers and employees at all levels for strict compliance with executive discipline.


The problems faced by officials in terms of executive discipline and measures for their coordinated solution were identified.


The practical seminar was held in the format of an interactive discussion.


Following it, a decision was made to adopt a joint resolution and action plan of the COA, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Digital Technologies for the effective organization of the implementation of the Decree and taking into account the proposals and opinions expressed.
