This was the first visit of the Auditor General of China to our country. During the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Supreme Audit Institutions of Uzbekistan and China.

An agreement was reached on establishing mutual exchange of experience between the two offices, digitalization of audit processes, development of artificial intelligence and many other important areas.

In accordance with these agreements, a meeting of the Working Group of Supreme Audit Institutions of Uzbekistan and China was held on July 30. The current state and prospects of bilateral relations were discussed.

At the meeting, the Parties touched upon the issues of exchanging standards and guidelines for the development of audit methodologies, personnel training, as well as exchanging experience in the field of external debt audit.

The issues of preparation for the upcoming working visit of the delegation of the Chamber of Accounts of Uzbekistan to China were also discussed.

The Parties will continue to consult with each other in accordance with the previously reached agreements.
