During the presentation, the current expenses of the Ministry, development programs and investment projects were discussed. Information was heard on the work carried out to prevent and eliminate financial errors and deficiencies, as well as illegal expenses.

It was noted that the Internal Audit Department consisting of 33 employees was created in the Ministry. Also, the Risk Management Committee was created on a collegial basis in the Ministry, the composition and Regulation on the Committee were approved, and its activities have already begun.

At the same time, a "Situation Centre" was created, allowing for the analysis of financial risks. Its data are integrated into the "Remote Audit" information system of the COA.

The report outlined the tasks set for the second half of the year. In particular, it is planned to create a single electronic database to determine the availability and need for medicines in healthcare institutions, conclude contracts with direct manufacturers of medicines, and take measures to reduce bureaucratic barriers.

The COA has given recommendations and instructions on monitoring and control of the targeted and effective use of budget funds in the system of the Ministry of Health.
