In this regard, to strengthen budget discipline, it was determined to establish strict and effective control over the execution of expenses within the budget funds of the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction and organizations included in its system.

The “Remote Center” of the Chamber of Accounts (COA) constantly analyzes the risks identified in the internal control structures of the Ministry.

On July 4, a coordination meeting was held between the COA and the management of the Ministry. At the meeting, information was presented on the work done by the Ministry in the first half of the year and plans planned for the second half of 2025.

The meeting discussed the progress of the tasks entered into the electronic system "Ijro.gov.uz". At the COA’s initiative, the ‘Risk Management Committee’ was created under the Ministry and its main tasks were defined.

At the same time, integration of information systems of 24 ministries and departments was carried out in real time.

The COA noted the importance of a high-quality and fair assessment of the effectiveness of the development programs of the Ministry’s internal audit service and full inclusion of their results in the ‘State Audit’ program.

At the end of the meeting, special attention was paid to optimizing expenses, redirecting them to other necessary areas in the industry, as well as constant monitoring of their legality and transparency during tenders.
