The seminar was organized at the initiative of the Chamber of Accounts (COA) jointly with the Ministry of Digital Technologies to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.DP-100 (July 10, 2024) and Resolution No.PP-153 (April 30, 2025).

The seminar was attended by representatives of the COA, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Bank and the "Cybersecurity Centre" state enterprise.

The event was also attended by information and cybersecurity specialists from the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Central Bank and 9 banks with state share (including Uzmilliyabank, Uzsanoatqurilishbank, Alokabank, Mikrokreditbank, Agrobank, Asakabank and Business Development Bank).

The reports covered national and international requirements for ensuring cybersecurity, the main areas of information security in the context of digital transformation, APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) attacks specific to banks and strategies for protecting against them, as well as cybersecurity issues in the field of digital payments and mobile banking. 

The participants received answers to their questions in an interactive format.
