In particular, a practical training seminar dedicated to working with the “Ijro.gov.uz” interagency unified electronic system and ensuring effective execution discipline was organized at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. The seminar brought together senior officials and responsible employees of the ministries' central offices, subordinate organizations, and higher education institutions.

In addition to responsible officials of the Chamber of Accounts, the events were attended by specialists from the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Justice, as well as representatives of the public.

The primary objective of the seminar was to analyze the implementation status of assignments stipulated in legislative acts based on the results of the first half of 2026, discuss existing challenges, and identify priority tasks for further strengthening execution discipline during the second half of the year.

During the seminar, participants were provided with comprehensive explanations of the current regulatory and legal framework governing execution discipline in state bodies and organizations, as well as the substance and significance of the relevant Presidential Decrees and Resolutions.

Participants also received practical recommendations on ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of assignments through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system, properly documenting implementation results with well-substantiated information, effectively monitoring implementation, and preventing shortcomings commonly encountered in practice.

At the conclusion of the seminar, specific tasks were outlined to ensure the timely, high-quality, and comprehensive implementation of the objectives set for the second half of 2026, strengthen day-to-day monitoring of execution discipline, regularly keep management informed of implementation progress, and further enhance cooperation among responsible structural subdivisions.

The training activities will continue in the remaining ministries and government agencies until 28 July.
