As noted, at the COA’s initiative and based on the joint resolution, a "Situation Centre" was created in the Ministry. Its data are integrated into the COA’s "Remote Audit" information system.

Through the "Situation Centre ", analytical work has been established on the Ministry's information systems "E-ijara", "Geoaxborot", "Agrosubsidiya", "Agroplatforma", "CropAgro" and "my.vetgov.uz". 

Also, a "Risk Management Committee" was created on a collegial basis in the Ministry, which compiles a list of risks associated with financial activities and forms a register.

At the meeting, information was presented on reforms in the field of digitalization in the Ministry.

The hearing also discussed the work done to assess and improve the quality of the Internal Audit Service.

The COA gave recommendations and instructions on monitoring and control of the targeted and effective use of budget funds in the Ministry of Agriculture.
