By the Decree of the President No. 100, it was established that the conclusions of the COA on the local budgets execution will be discussed at sessions of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Kengashes (Council) of People's Deputies involving the COA’s officials. 

In May-June, the COA held relevant discussions in all regions of our Republic. In particular, on May 29, a session of the Andijan Regional Kengash was held. On May 30, the thirteenth session of the Samarkand Regional Kengash of People's Deputies was held. 

Also, at the sessions of the Kengashes of the Jizzakh, Kashkadarya regions and Tashkent city from May 30 to June 12, COA officials spoke on their reports on 2024 local budgets execution.

During the discussions, it was noted that the errors and shortcomings made in the process of executing local budgets, as well as the COA’s proposals and recommendations for their elimination, were reflected in the external audit report.

At the same time, it was noted that in accordance with the Decree of the President since 2025, the administrators of first-level budget funds will provide the relevant Kengashes with information on the funds distributed to the regions from the State budget and public target funds. 

By establishing control over the implementation of the Decree on funds allocated to local budgets by the Kengashes from the State budget, state target funds and international financial institutions, rational and effective use of budget funds will be achieved, transparency will be increased.

The meetings were held in the form of open discussion and constructive exchange of opinions. Appropriate decisions were made on each issue.
