Through audit activities conducted throughout the year, substantial results were achieved in optimizing expenditures, preventing illegal spending, identifying additional revenue sources, and eliminating shortcomings in the field of public procurement. Based on audit conclusions, analytical materials, guidelines, and recommendations were submitted to public administration bodies, leading to the development of a number of regulatory legal acts.
In addition, major investment projects were evaluated for the first time on the basis of international auditing standards. Modern information and analytical systems aimed at monitoring financial and production indicators were introduced in certain sectors. Practical measures were taken in the regions to address public concerns, ensure employment, and support socio-economic development.
Active efforts were also carried out in the area of international cooperation. The participation of Chamber of Accounts staff in professional training abroad and in international educational programs was ensured. Moreover, the national delegation took an active part for the first time in prestigious international forums of audit organizations.
In the field of digitalization, an information security policy was adopted, and the institution joined international initiatives aimed at working with large volumes of data. Remote monitoring mechanisms, analytical tools based on artificial intelligence elements, and information systems designed to enhance the effectiveness of state financial control were introduced.
At the meeting, it was proposed to dedicate the coming year to deepening digital transformation and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. To this end, a number of priority tasks were identified, including organizing state audit activities, strengthening financial control, automatically identifying risks, analyzing investment and budget processes, and improving interagency information exchange.
At the same time, monitoring the implementation of state programs and projects, assessing the effectiveness of subsidies, analyzing factors of the shadow economy, and strengthening oversight over the activities of strategic enterprises were identified as key tasks for the upcoming period.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the dedicated work of the staff was highly appreciated. Effective employees were encouraged, and it was emphasized that social support measures were provided to all personnel.
