Its task is to prevent violations of budget legislation, financial violations and corruption, as well as to implement remote control over the targeted and effective use of budget funds.

Through this Centre, online monitoring and control of all financial transactions in cultural institutions is carried out. This system strengthens financial discipline, ensures the accuracy of spendings and the targeted use of funds.  

In its activities, the Centre is integrated with the information systems of the "Remote Control Centre" of the Chamber of Accounts (COA) and the "Monitoring Portal" of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Today, COA’s deputy chairman A. Allaberganov has visited the "Situation Centre " of the Ministry of Culture and got acquainted with its activities. 

During the visit, he studied the control processes implemented through information systems, the possibilities of operational analysis and monitoring, and also made a number of practical proposals and recommendations for further improvement of the Centre’s activities.
