In particular, productive discussions took place with the heads of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the People's Republic of China, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Türkiye, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as with the Secretary General of INTOSAI and the Head of the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI).

During these meetings, the parties discussed the digitalisation of public auditing, the application of artificial intelligence and big data technologies, the implementation of international best practices, and identified priority areas for future cooperation.

It was agreed to sign bilateral cooperation agreements with the Supreme Audit Institutions of Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, and Latvia in the coming months.

During the meeting with Dr. Hussam Alangari, President of the General Court of Audit of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a donor to the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI), the parties agreed to intensify practical cooperation on the broader implementation of information technologies and artificial intelligence in the activities of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The President of the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic, Ľubomír Andrassy, proposed expanding bilateral relations into a multilateral format. It was suggested to establish cooperation with the Visegrad Group, comprising Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Poland, while positioning the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a bridge for strengthening the Group's cooperation with Central Asia.

A productive meeting was also held with Hou Kai, Auditor General of the People's Republic of China and Secretary General of ASOSAI. During the meeting, an agreement was reached to organise an international conference in Samarkand in 2026 for young auditors of ASOSAI member Supreme Audit Institutions, dedicated to information technology auditing.

The delegation also met with Miloslav Kala, President of the Supreme Audit Office of the Czech Republic. The parties agreed to enhance practical cooperation in such areas as auditing the management of state shareholdings, evaluating regional education systems, and auditing funds allocated for research in the agriculture and healthcare sectors.

A separate meeting was held with the delegation of the Supreme Audit Institution of the United Arab Emirates, during which the parties discussed the exchange of experience in information technology and digital transformation.

Furthermore, within the framework of the Congress, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The document provides for the exchange of information, implementation of joint training programmes, development of audit methodologies, and expansion of cooperation in the field of digital auditing.

Overall, the visit of the delegation of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Egypt proved highly successful. It provided valuable opportunities to acquire new knowledge and practical experience in public auditing, the implementation of international standards, and digital transformation, while also defining future priorities for cooperation with the Supreme Audit Institutions of the member states of INTOSAI, the CIS, ASOSAI, and ECOSAI.
