On January 29, 2026, as part of the implementation of the objectives set forth in Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. F-59 of November 18, 2025, the Chamber of Accounts (COA) held a webinar on monitoring the "business plan" and reducing costs at large strategic SOE.

The webinar was attended by 100 managers and employees from the internal audit, finance and economics, and accounting departments of 20 large strategic SOE.

Participants received detailed explanations on the use of the electronic information system "FINCONTROL" recently implemented at the COA, as well as on the procedure for completing control tables. 

The event was held in an interactive format, focusing on technical and organizational issues arising during the digitalization process.

The opinions expressed by the COA were taken into account, and the SOE were given specific practical recommendations and instructions.
