The regional administration’s "Customer Service for Capital Construction" ensured the commissioning of 36 facilities that were overdue for completion in 2023–2024.
As a result of construction work carried out using allocated funds, three schools with 958 students were built, 51 comprehensive schools (with 24,410 students) were reconstructed, three preschool educational institutions (with 390 students) were built, and 12 were reconstructed (with 2,040 students).
Four family clinics with 700 visits were built, eight family clinics with 900 visits were reconstructed, and medical and preventive care facilities with 235 visits were reconstructed.
1,448 km of drinking water pipelines were installed for water supply and wastewater disposal. 217 km of sewerage network were installed. Wastewater treatment facilities with a capacity of 4,000 m³ per day were commissioned.

The Chamber of Accounts issued recommendations to the relevant government agencies to address the factors that led to these deficiencies.
