From September 4 to 8, 2025, the delegation headed by the Acting Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of Uzbekistan M. Abdullaev paid a working visit to the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China (Supreme Audit Institution) and Nanjing Audit University.

During the visit, the delegation members got acquainted with the activities of the Information Technology Center and the Electronic Data Audit Department of the National Audit Office, located in Beijing.

Innovative solutions and modern cloud technologies used in the implementation of remote audit processes were presented in these centers. There is a data processing center (DPC) with 80,000 cores and a data volume of 40 PB.

It was noted that the National Audit Office of China is implementing digital transformation processes in the following four main areas:

- Implementation and improvement of information technology audit;

- Improving the level of data management;

- Expanding the scope of IT audit;

- Improving the efficiency of data use.

Currently, this center is a leader among national audit bodies in the field of information technology and big data processing.

In this regard, Hou Kai, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China, heads the INTOSAI (International Institute of Supreme Audit Institutions) Working Group on Big Data.

During the meetings, M. Abdullaev put forward an initiative to join the INTOSAI Working Group. The National Audit Office of China supported this proposal and expressed readiness to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The delegation members also familiarized themselves with the activities of the National Audit Academy of China, located in Nanjing. Cooperation was established in the implementation of training programs on IT audit.

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on organizing online and offline training courses for employees of the Chamber of Accounts. In addition, a bilateral memorandum was signed at the Tashkent State University of Economics on the implementation of training courses based on the curricula of the National Auditing Academy of China and the establishment of closer cooperation in the future.
