Throughout the years of independence, our Basic Law has served as an important guide in modernizing public administration, upholding human rights and freedoms, building a strong civil society, and consistently implementing economic reforms.

The principle “Human – Society – State,” enshrined in the new Constitution of Uzbekistan, has today become the main criterion for establishing justice, openness, and a people-centered approach across all spheres.
